The Man Who Tried - G P Pradhan
I have a couple of his books but nothing noteworthy about them.
However, I have always been impressed by his dedication to the causes he believed in. And his philanthropy- he gave away his only house.
He was one of the last of a generation that produced many men and women like him. For them selfishness and greed were sins.

I knew Shri.Ga.Pra.Pradhan Maastar as an able editor of Sadhana Weekly for the last 25-30 years. He wrote numerous articles regularly in Sadhana and elsewhere. His reviews of books were to the point and made me to buy some books. He followed a true path of socialism. He donated his own house to Sadhana and went to Hadapsar to stay with his friend. However his ill health forced him to stay in the hospital. We have lost a true Gandhian in our today's life.
