Hanging in Army Barracks and School Dorm

 I saw the following picture in August 2023:

They are 'outraged' by the pictures hanging in a barrack.

 artist: Ned Hilton (1904- 1967) for the New Yorker 

This time it's a school dormitory and a good explanation for why the picture is there...
