Iraq is a defining moment of our life time. It will reverberate for a long time, the way Vietnam war and Indian partition still do.But who is responsible for it? George Bush for sure but then who is responsible for George Bush?
No American voter because he/she voted for Gore. Remember, Gore won popular vote in 2000.
No UN because it never approved of the war.
And no most of the world except Britain.
So who?
